I'm really oakbox, this whole 'root' thing is just a ploy to gain fame and fortune.
I set up JavaJunkies to fill a need that I saw in the Java community, a community-based web site similar to what Perl has with Perlmonks.org. I am actually a Perl programmer, which is what Everything runs on. So, while I can help with JavaJunkies site-specific things, I'm really the LAST person you would want to ask about a Java-related problem.

If you are interested in hacking (in the good sense) the JavaJunkies web site and have Perl skillz, please send a message to richard at oakbox.com. I am especially interested in coders with an interest in Java. Coders in Java would be able to help map out and implement changes meaningful to other Java coders. My current consultancy work has pretty much all of my available work time spent . . . working :) This is good for me, but bad for the growth of the JJ site.
